The House
This single-level ocean-view 5BR/5.5BA retreat in Kukuiʻula features a private pool, deep covered lanai, and separate 1BR/1BA guest hale.
Sliding doors open the great room to the pool deck. Five suite-style bedrooms each have en-suite baths; four include outdoor showers and two add soaking tubs.
A chef’s kitchen offers island seating, two fridges, two ovens, two dishwashers, and generous counter space for easy group cooking. Open layout keeps living, dining, and pool spaces naturally connected for all.
There is enough room for three generations under one roof. Grandparents can have the quiet of the Ohana cottage, the grandkids get the bunk room, and everyone meets on the lanai and around the pool.

Sliding doors fold back so the living and dining rooms run straight out under a deep covered lanai, keeping the living, dining and pool spaces naturally connected. The ocean sits in view beyond the pool.

A private pool and spa on a wide teak deck, wrapped in a lava-rock wall and deep planting. It is two steps down from the house. For families with little ones, there is a pool safety fence and an automatic pool cover.

A detached one-bedroom, one-bath cottage with its own porch and front door, just two steps up. It is ideal for grandparents who want their own quiet space close to the family, or for a nanny or friends who like their own key.

Is the home a good fit for grandparents and grandkids traveling together?
Yes — it was made for it. There is enough room for three generations under one roof, sleeping up to 14. Grandparents can take the separate Ohana cottage for their own quiet space, the kids have a bunk room that sleeps five, and the whole family comes together in the great room, on the lanai and around the pool.
Is the pool safe for young children?
We have a pool safety fence and an automatic pool cover, so you can keep the pool closed off whenever little ones are around. The pool is private and wrapped in a lava-rock wall, so no one else can get in.
Is it a single-level home? Are there any steps?
Yes, the main house is all on one level, with no stairs inside. There are just two steps up into the main house, two steps up into the Ohana cottage, and two steps down from the house to the pool deck.
How many people does the home sleep?
Up to 14. There are four king bedrooms (three in the main house and one in the Ohana cottage), a bunk room with two twin bunk beds and a twin XL, and a small day bed in the Blue Room that suits a child. Every bedroom has its own bathroom.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning throughout the house.
What are the rates, and is there a minimum stay?

How far is it from the airport?
